The IRS took moneyout of the bank account thinking we had not paid our taxes. They admitted their mistake and put the money back.in the meantime, we called Tax Masters to help us. We sent them a copy of the IRS letter stating they had made a mistake. We asked for our money back since Tax Masters had not begun any work and plus we never faxed in the documents stating we needed their services. We did however, give them our credit card number to get the process started. They took out twice... 516.00 I sent them and called them and I am tired of the run around. I wrote the Attorney General of Texas and he said to write the Federal Trade Commission and the Attorney General of Va. So, I will but first I am stating my complaint here.
