Unrecognized Charge for InfoFCR.com on Bank Account

I was looking in my bank account and I notice that there's a transaction that is still being processed that says experian infoFCR.com for $15.88 on 7/27 and I am wondering why if I haven't ask for credit check and I haven't given them my information.
