I received a letter from this company along with a check for 1990.00, stating; This is to inform you that based on the previous survey by our affiliate Consumer Survey Specialists, you indicated your interests in an additional income on a part time bases. You are hereby selected to participate in a paid "Mystery Shoppers" program as on of the Research Personnel selected under this program. You will be working as a Consumer Service Evaluator of some selected merchant outlets and service providers. This research program is a fully paid program and would become a permanent part time position for a selected few who are able to distinguish themselves in the course of this program. You are being paid $350.00 as your salary for this training assignment. Also, you will be assigned a different job every week based on your performance from the previous week, salaries differs depending on the job nature.

Your first job is hands on self training designed to equip you with the knowledge necessary for you to effectively carry out your assignments as an experienced Research Personnel under this program. This assignment has been put together to be completed in two different locations. Please call your account Manager Mark Armstrong at 1-289-892-3953 Mon-Sat between 8:30am to 10:00pm EST for further instructions.

You will be evaluating any local Money Gram store in your area as a way of rating their competence and good customers service relations by doing a funds transfer to the Area Manager, David Light at the Atlanta, Georgia office.

You will take out the sum of $70.00 for shopping at one of the retail stores listed below: Walmart, Walgreen, K-Mart, Sears, Costco, BestBuy, Home Depot, or Office Depot. The items you buy are yours as a bonus.

Enclosed herein is a check for $1990.00 Please contact our Accounts Manager to activate the enclosed payroll check before depositing into your bank account. Please fax in all receipts and call the Account Manager after each survey assignment is complete.

I did as I was directed. I sent the money to David Light in Atlanta, Georgia. The next day I was directed to make a DESTINATION CHANGE to the Wire transfer: I had to send it to Athens GREECE!!! Uh. Which I did. My bank got a hold of me the next day. Lo, and behold... Mark Armstrong is not returning my calls, and now I owe the bank $1500.00.
