I was on the internet a pop-up showed up for the dermitage product
to pay only the shipping and handling. I received my bank statement, I was going thru the charges and I notice an unauthorize charge which turned out to be dermitage I called on july 27,11 spoke to a customer service rep by the name of Dillion he states to me that I did in fact authorize this charge I tried to explain to him that a package I got prior to this converstation I did not open and put return to sender. Dillion stated to me that they do not accept return packages. This is unjust, I also ask him for the corporate address which he refused to give it to me.
