I have brought a bose radio worth $500 which I left on my night stand. When I got back from my vacation my radio was missing from my apartment. And the only people that had access to my apartment was the workers and myself. I put in a report with the management and the police dept. I went away for the summer in 2002 and they knew about it because we have to tell them if we are gone for more the a one week time. I went away for other years and nothing was taken and this year the first time my good radio was taken out of my apartment which I have paid me rent on time. Well I was away. Of course they have workers coming in and checking the fire alarms unsupervised and the bug man all unsupervised.
