He had a false Gamertag, which was "Activision Admin Andy". After playing with him, he said for $20, he could make me 15th prestige, as it was a sale or something. After paying him the money, in microsoft points, (he said it was downloadable content), he sent me into a lobby. I waited for at least 20 minutes before he kicked me from the game. Afterwords he blocked communications from me. I found out his actual gamertag after investigating for a few days. Finally i found this site, and i hope you all can help me in my theft.
