I would appreciate an investigation on Ashes Video Production company as I had a contract with them to produce my music video and I paid in advance befor the video was shot and agreed to make my last payment upon recieving the masterfinal piece of the video.
Per David Kisai, I was guaranteed 3-4weeks at most for the completion of my video. This Shoot took place on Apr 3rd and was expecting a review of the video on Apr 28th - which never happened. It has been hell trying to reach David and or requesting status of the project. When he finally touched base in June 9th he advised that he was running behind and appologised for the inconvinience, that he will definatly get me the video in a week. Today is July 21st and I havent heard from David since regardless of my multiple attempts via email and cell requesting an update and or my full refund due to the inconvenenience.
The initial purpose of the video was to get it entered in major running video awards at the time also, for commercial purposes for my single launch which had to be canceled. I have suffered a great inconvenience due to this unpredictable delay to a point even the casts and out of state models that showed up to role play in the video are concerened.
Upon my research, I realized this is a known case with the company they tend to take customers money and not render or complete thier services, and when they actually do present the work - it's unsatisfactory. This is a possible case of fraud that should be seriously investigated upon with utter urgency.
