On 7/11 I ordered a dress for my wife from Serengeti.com and they offered free shipping, so I pursued it and found that in order to get free shipping I had to pay, I forget what the amount was, and I wrote a note to them saying "what's free about $ 12.97?" I thought I had backed out of it.
Now today I find a debit in my checking account of $12.97 from free shipping.com. Is this a monthly fee?
