I received a letter in the mail telling me that i was a cash prize winner in the amount of 898/899. Then they said i had five day after the date to collect check number #104947844 maid out to cecilio rodriguez. And i send the $20.00 dollars in a money order. Now its bin more then five days. No letter or notice or responce.
