A month ago, my wife acquired an anti-aging cream from Avon. After sometime using the product she noticed that the product was grainy and scratched her face face during the use. Taking a look in the botton of the flask, we noticed that some peaces of broken glass was in. Immediatelly we called to the AVON call center in Brazil and we were asked to send the product to their offices, but with our expenses. I desagree for sure. If I were in their shoes, certainly I would do my best to recover the product at consumer home as faster as possible even in the weekends.
