I ordered a dress on May 7th, received a confirmation two days later. When I tried to call to inquire as to when I'd receive the address, the outbox on the message said mailbox was full. After several more attempts and two unanswered emails, i was concerned about the legitimacy of the website and emailed that I wanted to cancel more order on May 11th. None of my emails were ever responded to. I called Amex to dispute the charge immediately. The dress showed up in a wrinkled bag on May 23th (over 2 weeks later) and I turned away the Fedex delivery. I have been fighting the charge, but only got a credit for 50% of my costs, less at $14 delivery charge. Clearly this website is not on the up and up and I will do everything in my power to ruin their name and reputation. Buyers beware!
