I ordered a trail size proslim and paid shipping. I did not sign up to have this automatcally sent to me nor did I authorize money to be taken out of my account to continue receiving this item.
I have called and was told to email my request for a refund to "corporate". I have done this many, many times and all I get is,
"IT IS IN PROCESS". Last week I was told it would be refunded this Tuesday 07/12. I sent another email and now I am being told they still don't know anything because corporate handles this.
