From 4/22 to date I've been billed for services that I nor my husband signed up for that have been billed to our phone service with ATT. I called the 800 number provided on our phone bill to get the issue resolved, a claim was filed by an AT representative, and this month 7/8 another charge was billed again. I called today 7/8 to report that paymentone once again charged our phone bill. There is no way to talk to a live person at the 800 number provided on our phone bill for paymentone, and when I use the prompt to ask for a service rep, it goes to a busy signal. I tried to use the website provided for paymentone, but it is only accessible to companies wishing to use their service, not a consumer like myself. It's not about the dollar amount that was charged, it's the PRINCIPAL of fraud at this point!!!
