I had applied online for financial assistance and received approval for a $10.000.00 loan repayable in 48 equal monthly payments of $209.76 for 48 months (4 years) at 6.5%, in order to get this loan i had to send a payment of $1295.52 to them, so i did as i was asked and sent them the funds that i had to borrow from my brother in NY and a day or so later i had not heard anything from them, so i called their 800# in Lexington KY (800-945-5350) and was told that because it had been approved i was transferred to customer service? Was informed at that time the lender was requiring an additional $1295.52 for insurance (within their rights to do so it is stated in the contract) told Anthony that I did not have the additional funds at this time. So on June 30th i get a call on my prepaid cell from Anthony asking if i had the additional funds, told him i did not, he ask if i had any idea when i would have the funds? I told him i did not. He stated to me "you have just forfeited your money that was sent" and he hung up on me refusing to refund my money. NO WHERE in the contract is there a NO REFUNDS clause, Commonwealth of Kentucky Attorney Generals office as well as the BBB of Lexington KY are now investigating these scammers, i am just looking to recover the monies sent to include the $112.00 western union fees that were sent to a Ms Arrington in New york, New York
