I was scammed of $69 with liberty reserve account (u7082094)! Please help me recover my $69 (u. S dollar) to my account u7155088 lr!

Hello,

I wanted to transfer cash from my LIBERTY RESERVE account to my PAYPAL ACCOUNT. Then as i searched online i discover a web page called "www.myecurrencyexchange.com". This person contacted me and asked me to send my payment to LR U7082094 and i send $69. This people started asking me so many questions that i have no answer for. They refuse to fund my PayPal account with this money and even told me they cannot refund me. What a surprise! Please help me tract this person down with his LR ACCOUNT (U7082094) and help me get back my &69. Below is the proof of my LR $69 TRANSFER:
