Mr. David baker asked if i wanted a loan. I said yes and he told to me send $199 by western union. I did, then he said send more money. One time led to more and more. He said western union couldn't send money internationally so i had to send more to have central bank of nigeria send it to me by moneygram. I did then he needed more money. After all this i still do not have a loan.
