Ordered Granite Slabs from this new supplier on a 10% deposit with balance after delivery and inspection. At shipping they claimed they needed full payment "as the bank had withdrawn their funding". I declined and asked for a full refund as they were in breach of our contract. They promised to send it many times, but after 6 months still nothing received. A truly appalling company, steer well clear. Contacted the Ministry of Commerce & Industry several times without any response. I guess India hasnt improved its checks and balances and controls over its companies as much as we thought.
