I am a seller/breeder, but I am not a puppy mill. I hate those kinds of people; they ruined it for the honest breeders. I for one am being sued by buypuppiesdirect.com. They are saying I intentionally concealed the fact that a puppy had a hereditary and congenital condition being it had Hip Dysplasia.
How can they say that when they where faxed the health record from the vet? They are saying I willful fabrication of the health and fitness of the property. First off the puppy is not property, second how dare they say that I fabricated the health and fitness documents!
I have been a breeder of nothing but Rottweilers for over 19 1/2 years and never in my breeding career have any of my puppies ever been diagnosed with this type of problem. Nor has anyone called me telling me this has happen to their dogs from me. And I do keep in touch with all buyers.
They say that I knowingly, intentionally, willfully and maliciously withheld funds owed to buypuppiesdirect.com.
I am sorry I did not nor have I ever sold my puppies to buypuppiesdirect.com. I sold my puppies to the new owners through the buypuppiesdirect.com website.
Never once have any of my puppies went to them and then to the new owners. I would never do that with my babies. I like to hear from the buyers but, buypuppiesdirect conceals the buyers phone number from us the (good) sellers. They only give us your name and address. And for the phone number part they give us one of their phone numbers where all we can do is leave a message.
I have no written, verbal or signed contract with buypuppiesdirect.com.
I sold a happy, healthy and playful puppy to the new owners. They toke her to the vet to be examined and found she had pain in one of her hips. Now who is to say that maybe the vet twisted to much causing her pain or she was jarred around in transportation? Who’s to say they did not take her home and let her jump off furniture and injured her self that way? Who’s to say that a child did just drop her?
These are all unanswered questions. But I will tell you this if I have to pay anything to any one for this puppy, I will get my puppy back!
Yes I refuse to make payments to buypuppiesdirect.com and I never agreed to pay them so how can they legally say I failed to pay them.
Ok here is a good one for you to read: How did I or anyone else for that matter influence buypuppiesdirect. To purchase said puppy? Buypuppiesdirect does not buy from us it is the buyer buying from us the seller, just through a website called buypuppiesdirect.com. So how did I influence them to sell puppies for me?
Hummmmm Lets look back for a minute, ohh yah now I remember a gentleman by the name of Kevin contacted me after he saw my ad on puppyfind.com. He asked me if I would like to advertise on their website. So now who influenced who?
So know you know the rest of the story! Buypuppiesdirect.com goes to websites gets the sellers information and recruits them to advertise on their website. Most people like my self have never heard of this site until they contact us. So I can understand how they are getting puppymills in on their website.
They never asked me for proof that I wasn’t a puppymill. They may or may not get people from the news paper as well if they have computers that is. Let’s ask the gentleman whom said he is an Employee of buypuppiesdirect.com.
I have just noticed a gap in dates. The new owners did not take their new puppy to the vets righ away after picking her up from the Air Port. They took her to their vet on the 15th March but received her on the 12th of March. So how can they say this about me?
They can not legally saythis about me, because the way the vet report reads that she showed signs of pain during exam. If that's the case then she would have showed signs of pain walking, playing or being picked-up. Plus the vet says how well nourished, happy and active she was.
If they don't want to back down with this second attempt on suing me, I will let them take me to court and I will appear with bells on my heels (figuratively speaking) and I will win this. How dare say the malicious stuff they said about me. I will file a counter suite for slander, defamation of character and harassment. Because that is what this is.
So see folks it is not just buyers getting ripped it is the seller as well. I am an honest, hard working, tax payer who loves her Rottweilers with a passion, just like you, who fell into a scammers tangled web!
