Our Gibson compressor in my own HVAC device went while under warranty. After I approached Nordyne they called me for their supplier, Affiliate Refrigeration, Inc. 1625 Hylton Rd, Pennsauken, NJ. They supplied my company having a substitute compressor after requesting him several concerns about his company. The alternative compressor was deadonarrival and didn't perform both. They believed to correct the problem my company would need to start a merchant account with Associate Refrigeration, purchase a new compressor, document a state about the alternative compressor, when the state is authorized he then could be provided store credit. Fundamentally I'd function as one spending money on the compressor. What type of fraud is that this?! Nordyne and Associate Refrigeration were equally rude and disrespectful in my experience. Associate Refrigeration recommended it'd be greatest easily "required my business elsewhere". How terrible and unprofessional. I'll NEVER do any company with either organization and certainly will inform everybody I understand of the terrible knowledge. No further Gibson items for me.
