When a telemarketing person call me she offered me as an insentive 4 round trip tickets to Europe. I specifically explain to her that I was interested to go to Portugal. She explained to me that the only three places that she could offered me was England, Malaga and Paris. I accepted and told her that I can go to any of those countries and then I will pay for the difference between the country they were offering us and Portugal.

She never explained to me that to be able to use this tickets I have to stay in the country they offered for 10 days and pay 250.00 in a hotel of their choice. I have received a very bad customer service treatment, very rude, same the financial department. The travel agent have nothing to do with this, I did the business with Madison Whos Who. Please everybody do not believe what they offered you they mislead you and take your money very easy offering you things that they do not tell you the conditions in advance.

I am really surprise how this company can be in business and have the kind of employees that they have.

Mr. Schwarts, as CEO this is an alert, your company that you proudly represent, need to have more ethic in their way of offering your programs.
