Contacted Madison Birdsong from internet www.cubatravelus.com and arranged a trip. Sent a cashiers check for $2294 which was cashed by someone other than who the check was made out to which was Cuba Travel US.
Received a confirmation number from Madison Birdsong. Shortly before the date of the trip I contacted her to verify all the details. Everything was "okay" per Madison.
We were to pick up our ticked from an agent in Mexico, Divermex, ([email protected]).
Upon arrival to Divermex office we were told we had no tickets. She did make reservations in Sept. 2008 but never paid for them. I did confirm with Madison 2 weeks before that everything was alright.
Octavio tried to contact Madison, e emailed and called several numbers we had but neither of us reached Madison.
We were stranded with no tickets, air, hotel, transfers.
We made other arrangements with Octavio.
Upon return home Madison sent one email answer to our email. She said "sorry".
I gave her 2 weeks to return our money. Not a word from Madison or Andrea Snow.
I'd like to try to get my money back firstly and secondly report her and her websight and a fraudulent business and notify others not to use her.
I'd appreciate any contacts and suggestions.
