I am a Florence, Ky. Resident who for the past six months has tried to cancel my service with insight Cable of Florence, Ky.
I have tried unsuccessfully to get it cancelled with monthly phone conversations with Insight.
They now admit (Kim, at Insight) that they would not cancel the service until all "boxes" were returned.! This is crooked policy!
The residence has been vacant for the last six months, and the tenants must have mistakenly taken one of the three boxes.
They are also charging us $97.00 for the missing box but will not send us verification that the service has been cancelled.
Since I am a retired attorney, I am considering filing a class action lawsuit against your company for the aforementioned policies.in the meantime I will take the time to post this message to as many websites in your industry as possible
