Domestic Relations Section, Court Of Common Pleas Judges And Caseworkers Secretary Of Health ripoff abuse their powers

Judges and personnel working in the domestic relations section have abused their powers repeatedly when determining child support payments and take away the rights that are guaranteed in the very constitution of the US.

In my case I am forced to pay over 90% of my sons welfare while the remainder is paid by the state. The MOTHER has no duty to pay any portion even though it takes 2 to create a child. When a man and woman go in front of the judges they look at the womans bills and dont give a damn about the mans bills. They dont care one bit whether the man has enough money after child support payments to even pay his own expenses.

Then if the man should become unemployed they begin sending threatening letters to the man, then they take away his right to drive a car, then they take away his passport, then they send to jail.

Now the Constitution guarantees all people have the right of life liberty and the persuit of happiness. But these judges take away all of the rights when it comes to fathers who are unable to pay child support payments, even if the man is not at fault. The economy around the world is horrible hence finding employment has become difficult for many, yet these basterd judges and government agencies dont give a damn.

In my case I decided to leave the US after my divorce to try and start a new life in another country with a new wife and family. For months I paid my child support without fail and everything was OK. But then came 9/11 and the economy went to hell and jobs were lost everywhere. So I became unemployed through no fault of my own. To this date I have still had trouble securing full-time employment, hence child support has become erratic and unpaid many times.

I even wrote letters to let the agencies know I am trying to pay. And have paid when I was able, but these basterds don't give a damn. First they took my driver's license then took my passport. How the hell can these agencies be so cruel to the men in every case but allow the women all the latitude in the world.

I am sick and tired of the men always being cheated when it comes to child support and the women always getting it all. It is supposed to be equal rights; it is supposed to be both parents responsibilities. It is supposed to be life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, but all this is a fabricated lie by the government agencies.
