Same exact thing happened after recieving my free trial not even with in a week they charged my account for another bottle which I never requested and had never seen. They tried asking all the same question so they could recharge but I was on to there little scam so all they would say I had to fax a written letter that I had an unatho charge then immediatly hung up when I asked for a sup direct name and number. They are full of crap do not fall for there introductory bull.
