Yes I am still waiting on a refund as well. I called on May 23rd and received an email that it would take up to 7-10 business days. Well it is now 6/14 and still no refund! You have to wait 30-45 min on the phone before somebody comes on the line (that's if they ever do) This company is a complete RIP OFF! And I as well have sent them back their product and know for a fact that they received it! So where's my money! So much for a money back guarantee!!
