The lady who cleans my home told me that last week the CITY OF GARLAND made her move her trashcan 4 feet from the other party's. RIGHT!
Make an individual move a trash can 4 feet, but allow the neighbors to build an attach storage building over my pool! Then allow him to build a front drive, move a motorhome in, take up the whole arcitectural view of peninsula way and then cause me to lose my easment rights!
If a fire should break out near my north fence line, no fire truck could get in here because of the lose of the 6 foot easment.
Garland worries about a trash can. We worry because we don't no what this person stores in that monstrocity of a storage building. Also when the rain comes down, it beats the soil into my pool area.
Behind the storage building, this neighbor stores all kinds of iron and trash which cause the rodents to come in. When I complained, the CITY OF GARLAND sent a RODENT ENGINEERING INSPECTOR out here. You should have read that letter. They couldn't determine whether or not we had rodents because the sample containers were moved although one was partially eaten.
They could not determine wheter man or mice moved the container and that affected the outcome of their study.
The tax payers' don't need rodent engineers. We can eyeball the place to see rodents!
