Leanspa will NOT answer their phone, nor respond to emails. I have been trying for four months to get my monthly shipments stopped and their is no way I can get this done.
I keep getting a monthly order and want this stopped.
I was getting responses to my emails and now even those have stopped. This is clearly the worst company I have ever done business with. I need help getting an RMA number so the pills can be returned.
When I enter my phone number into their automated system to cancel my order, it says there is no record so the menu stops right there. At one point I was told my order was cancelled, but each month a bottle of pills arrives and I get charged.
What do I do?
