I had an emergency when camping out for Cub Scouts with my family. As Den leader, people look to me when we are camping. My rainfly broke. I went to Dicks & told them of my need which was filled rapidly & professionally. I got attention like I was the only customer there & it made a real favorable impression on me. I went back out to the campsite so quick that my family & cub scout den just thought I went to the car to get an extra rainfly pole. My son still thinks I am a super hero because you at Dicks really are! We are very active - basketball, baseball, camping, running, & basketball.
