While searching for a company to manufacture some custom products for us we found Wigtron SRL on the website Alibaba.com. After communicating both by email and telephone it was agreed that we would send by bank wire tansfer the sum of 2,386.00 CAD for 20 units which would include shipping back to Canada. We dealt with the owner Mr. Dorin HIrte many times and were assured time and time again that production was going along fine. We were even told the product had been shipped but that was not the case. After filing a complaint with Alibaba.com, Wigtron sent us a parcel via UPS. The parcel was filled with broken and unusable parts. We have never come accross such poor workmanship and poor ethics ever. Beware!
