Predicto is still ripping-off consumers the same as reported in earlier posts:
While trying to sign up for information from ITT Institutes,
Predicto got my info and started texting my phone with an invitation to play their Game.
I ignored it until it became annoying, then texted them to please remove me from their list.
They kept texting. I noticed that they had a web site. Went there and in the FAQs list I found I had to text "STOP" to them and they claimed they would stop. I looked at my phone bill and buried in page 5 of 8 I found under "subscriptions" a $9.99 charge from Predicto. Doesn't "subscription" mean I signed up for something? Never did sign up for them or their game. I looked back and they had been charging me since Oct.
There must be some agency or way to get them to pay for what they are doing.By the looks of these other posts they've been getting away with it for at least two years.
