Went to Everest to get schooling to get a better job. After i had breast cancer i could no longer do the work i was doing. I did all of the 8 months for the medical administrative assistant course. I had a 4.0 GPA never missed a day. But i never received any computer classes {i had asked for the class because i never had used one before}. They ignored me till i went out to do my externship and the office called them and complained about my lack of computer skills. They gave me 2 nights of chapter 1 for computers and then put me in a class that was on chapter 4. I could not understand what was going on. I asked for help and got nothing.
During this whole time i went to a class on Sat from Jan till Oct with a business teacher who helped me a little with Word and Excel. Now it is a year later and now the loan is due but i still have no computer skills to get a job. Where can i go for help with this problem with the school. I already tried higher edu of learning no help and all the numbers that she gave me. Still no help it is a shame that a older woman who is a breast cancer survivor can not find any one to help get this resolved.
