I had ordered 6 cartons of Marlboro light cigarettes from Joesmoke.com on Aug. 29th and my credit card was charged $180.00 on Sept. 12th and it said my items had been shipped.
I waited a week and a half and still did not receive anything. When I tried to call the 877 number I would get a busy signal sometimes or it would just ring. I e-mailed this company several times and got no response.
Needless to say it is Oct. 11th and I not received anything nor have I gotten an e-mail from this company. They also have not credit my account or have called me.
I have contacted my credit card company and they aretaking care of this. I do not recommend ordering from this company. They seem to take orders then take your money and not send your items and you have no way of getting a hold of them.
