Hi, my son was taken yesterday on 5-12, i had a protection plan with cps in febuary and complied with everything and it ended 2-23, a new one was never done and they said my son was to reside in home with me and maternal grandmother where i live. A cps worker darlene was coming to our home once a month with no orders with them in affect but i didnt refuse. My parents have power of attorney over me and my child while i am treated for p.T.S. D and that power of attorney also states they have temporary custody for 6 months while im in these services and there classes. All of a sudden they showed up yesterday and took my child. Nowthere saying i depend on my family to make my decisions to much and i should go to there shelter and see there therapists instead of my own here in tucson at codak... Im lost and scared and dont know what to do.
