Ripped off & Very upset, I purchased gift cards for x-mas, 6 of them, when the recipient went to use the card there was a zero balance. My research shows the card was used at a sam's club on x-mas eve, I WAS RIPPED OFF!!! I didn't even give the card till x-mas day! After many calls & emails, I get nowheres! I will NEVER buy another gift card from wal-mart. This happened in the Wallingford, CT store. My next step is consumer affairs, the BBB, and the states atty general!
