Gary Yale Shaw must've read an "otolargnology for dummies" book when obtaining his degree. I am in disbelief at how TERRIBLY my nasal surgery was performed. Bone was carelessly cut out, right nasal valve was collapsed ontop of leaving a big glob of cartiliage there, and the total right side of my nasal wall was destroyed. Good luck getting that fixed without dealing with insurance companys putting up ibstacles along the way. Clinton Humphrey over at KU said Shaw "could've spent an extra 10 minutes to atleast do your turbinates." Peter Gochee over at KU also said Shaw "charged you alot of money for what he did to your nose." A plethora of other doctors always ask me in frustrated disgust "who did your septoplasty?!" Mark Maslan's office said Shaw "gets in gets his money, and gets out." His lazy, nasty nurse named kelly even had the audacity to hang up the phone on me when calling to complain and demand my refund; an email which Shaw still not so surprisingly will return. Shaw owes me the $4,000.00 I wasted on his worthless low-quality, lazy surgery, and then some for the other problems, pain and suffering his lazy negligence caused. One of the lawyers I spoke to knew Shaw and like his professional peers had terrible things to say about him. I would do anything to go back in time and have never went to this awful office!!!
