Have been receiving mulitiple calls sometimes day from different numbers claiming to be with a law firm or recovery unit representing cashnetamerica payday loans, I was told that I needed to pay my loan that I borrowed and if I didn't I would get what was coming to me and be served to show up in court or could be arrested for comitting fraud. The bank account they referenced has been closed for two years and I have only ever had one payday loan before with a local company here in my city. I get calls almost every day and threatning v-mail messages left on my work phone and cell phone. I don't owe any payday loan and that's I told those people on the phone and when I started questioning them they guy hung up on me twice. They gave me a fake law firm in Vista, CA and also a fake Buiness licence number. I hope that we can catch these criminals and stop the harrasing calls.
