Charge on Phone Bill

I demand appeared on my telephone bill for $14.95 following the telephone support must have been disconnected. I tried contacting the organization twice and every time they claim they're active assisting other clients and claim that I please call-back. I'm calling during regular business hours and that I don't mind keeping to obtain this solved but there's no method to cope with!
