After dropping off my truck, I received a call stating all my fluids were dirty. And I should have them all changed, especially if I was towing. I did not have my paper work from Canada as to what had been done to my truck. I asked if they could look it up on the computer and they said they couldn't get service done in Canada. I felt some of this work was done. When I was asked to look at the fluid samples at the desk I really could not tell if it needed it as there seemed to be fluid with small amounts of flecks in it. I later was told by friends that it was normal to have flecks. My bill was 951.63. Upon returning home, I checked my statements and this was all done on June11 at a cost of 961.56 at Walthers GM in Vernon.

Most of this servicing only need be done every 40,000-50,000 km. I am not very happy with GM if this is what they do to their customers. I am certain this info could have been found through the modern day internet. I will be certain to warn others of my service experience in Yuma AZ with GM. If need be I could send photo copies of the service done in Yuma AZ.
