She listed my house in Red Lion, Pa.in doing so she had an old listing to go from. She left off a half bath and a 2 story house with attached garage on property site used for tenant income. Not 1 call. This set estimate to be 70 grand lower than my asking price. Called the regional boss/broker today. After 70 days i found the listing through questions from a consumer on 4/12. No communication, no MLS given to me, admits to being a slacker and hired at 7%. Broker did nothing. House still listed. No chance of selling due to this. I am hiring an attorney for damages.
