Erreneous charges

My AT&T bill has a one time charge of $115. However, My Account Review details clearly indicates no one time charge. The CSR @ time of activation on 8-13-10 indicated a $29 activation one time charge only. AT&T needs to correct my one time charge on my billl and stop chargimg me this erreneous charge of $115.

I am against the 35.00 activation fee on every product. I know it does not cost 35.00 to acitivate a service I have not gotten another service due to this. ATT does not charge activation fee. It is a gemick to conficate money from private citizens. I
