They advertise low rates for an AC checkup but no actual maintenance is performed. They will not even clean coils that they inspect. They instead come up with questionable repairs and services that are WAY overpriced and if you do not want those, they try to sell you on a 3 year service contract. This is unethical at best and I recommend that folks go with a more reputal company. These guys must work on commission so they will try to milk as much as possible from you.
