First report being scammed by Four season Consulting report # 684249 victim Ron Henderson seeking grant. Ron Joseph manager scammer along with owners whom closed office in December and reopened as Encore Consulting then closed and reopened as of March as Monetech Group Holdings owners Belydia Munoz and Victor Vesquez.
