Promised a $2500 credit card after giving $299.00 of my money, but never recieved it

To whom it may concern

I have also been a victim of what appears to be a money scam. I was contacted by an agent of World Benefits back in August and told I was approved for a $2500 credit card.

I was told that after allowing them to deduct $299.00 out of my bank this card would be forward to me. The money was taken out on October 15. I fought with agents over the phone for one month after, to only receive a How to restore you credit package.

This package was received in December. For several weeks now I have attempted to contacted the company about the credit card they had promised, but I only receive a busy tone when I call (1-866-554-0556).

It has been very frustrating for me, and the customer service reps were very rude. Any help that you can provide to either get my refund back or the credit card that was promised would be appreciated.
