In december on 03' I recieved a phone call from a gentleman telling me i could recieve a credit card if I made a payment to superior benefits in the amount of 299.00. Ignorantly I gave him my credit card number and waited for this informaiton in the mail that never came. Finally about three months later i recieved some packet of information no credit card and I was very displeased. When i tried to call to get a refund i got the runaround never a strait answer and nobdy called me back and the company has changed names addresses and phone numbers several times.
