Star Rebates is a rip-off as they have not fulfilled their part of the Terms & Conditions of their program.
I visited a promotional site and was issued a certificate for Star Rebates in which I had to send them a check for $12.95 to register for their rebates. Each month I then send them receipts from my gasoline store that must total at least $100.00. Their terms & conditions state they will credit my credit card or mail me a check for $20.00 within 30 days. BULL!
I have followed their terms to the letter for 4 months now and have yet to get a rebate. The phone number on their site is only answered by a recording and you must leave a message.
