I am an 80 year old woman who is house bound and rely on mail order for my christmas gifts. I ordered my Great Grandaughters gift and never recieved it. My check cleared the bank on December 8th.
It is now January 23. There is no phone number or
email address posted in the catalog. The Deptartment number and Box given on the back of the catalog has not produced any results regarding this complaint. Please help if you have any information that will help me recieve compensation for the lost money. Or product.
