I requested a free trial by paying shipping charge of $3.95. For two week trial but coould not cancel because the phone was always busy. They charged me $74,95 twice even though I did not wnt it

I sent for a free trial by only supposedly paying $3.95 shipping charge for a two week trial. When I tried to cancel by calling their telephone number hundreds of times in order to get a RMA number to return the product, the telephone was always busy.
When I tried their internet address that they gave me if I was dissatisfied, I could not reach anyone at the adress given.
They charged me $74.95 two times - once for the free trial because I could not reach them to cancel and again for the second bottle they automatically sent me. Never once did they let me know that the cost was so high
