Ripoff! Stress, ruining great credit history, time consuming, embarrasment, caused unnecessary arguements, worried me

Exactly, one year ago, I had unexplained, and unanswered questions regarding a bill that I had received in the mail from Alyon Technologies. This bill stated that someone in my home had ordered 2 sessions of "Premium Adult Web Content." My total bill was $303.18.

The company had also explained that this was purchased through an internet service. I have never had any computer in my home, and I knew this could not be. I had not even had a telephone hooked up in this time frame. Due to work and other matters I turned it over to my spouse.

She then did a little research and could not get any answers. I then began to recieve collection notices in the mail. One from A.C. A Recovery, Inc. 76 n. Maple Ave. Suite 141 Ridgewood, NJ 07450 (800) 356-3713, which stated this is an attempt to collect a debt. My spouse called and nothing was done.

After receiving numerous collection notices, I began to be disgusted, upset, and embarrassed. On January 01, after recieving yet another credit bureau wanting money for this matter, I knew it had been time to try an obtain any iformation possible.

My spouse then called Mary Garcia, Collection Agency Rep., at Merchants' Credit Guide Co. 223 W Jackson Blvd., Chicago, Illinois, 60606, to find out what I owe a balance for. The lady was not friendly, but extremely rude, and said she would mark that I am refusing to pay and I will have to settle in court. My spouse then decided to get down to the bottom of this once and for all. After reading an article "General Lockyer Files Consumer (censored) Lawsuit against Alyon Technologies, " I was relieved to know that this is a (censored).

My spouse contacted the recent A.C. A Recovery, and submitted iformation pertaining to the case. The agent notified to disregard all claims, that the case has been disputed.
