On febuary 27, i purchesed a half pound of 420 herbal insence for $177.00 and free shipping. The money was immeditely taken off our credit card, and was given a delivery date of 3/2. After doing some investigations: we contacted UPS and was advised that tracking #1z1r420ea874 was created by the seller, but UPS is still waiting for the package to be turned in to be delivered!
