Owner that signed my emails was: This company accepted a credit card payment from me for $43.90 for an essay to be completed. The due date came and no paper. Only an automated email from company that my paper was being worked on

On 2/17 I paid NeWavEssays.com an amount of $43.90 for an essay to be completed in 2 days and emailed to me. They accepted my payment and never sent me an essay, or responded to my inquiries if I would receive a refund or a paper. Today's date is 3/3 and I never heard from this company again.

I have kept all correspondence and receipts from this company. NeWavEssay sent me update emails stating that the status on my essay was being completed.

At about 2 am in the morning the day after my essay was due, I received an email from said owner Sean Priestley stating that they believed their email address - [email protected] was being filtered out of my email to receive my essay. However, I had already received 2 updated emails from this exact address already.

Sean continue to state that I should respond to [email protected] to confirm receipt that I am receiving his email to send paper through to me.
